The primary architectural feature of the home is its extensive floor-to-ceiling glass, offering panoramic ocean views. However, this presented significant acoustic challenges for audio distribution and severe glare issues. • Invisible Security: High-definition thermal cameras hidden within the landscaping, alongside seismic perimeter sensors, all tied to a central panic room and accessible securely via the client's mobile devices.
