Project Overview

The owner of a spectacular 120-foot superyacht approached Synchronos Solutions to fit the vessel with the pinnacle of marine automation and entertainment. The system needed to provide land-like luxury and connectivity while withstanding the harsh marine environment.

The Challenge

Marine environments bring unique challenges: high humidity, salt corrosion, constant motion, and limited space for equipment racks. Furthermore, maintaining high-speed internet connectivity while cruising in open waters was a critical requirement for both entertainment and business.

Our Solution

We engineered a specialized marine-grade automation ecosystem:

• Stabilized Connectivity: Dual VSAT domes with seamless failover to 5G LTE networks when near the coast, ensuring ultra-reliable internet.
• Marine-Grade AV: Weatherproof outdoor displays and speakers for the sundeck, coupled with a concealed 4K cinema setup in the main saloon.
• Cabin Control: Custom-engraved keypads and iPad interfaces in every cabin for specific climate, lighting, and media control.
