Project Overview

A premier real estate developer sought to differentiate their new 50-unit luxury apartment complex in Pune by integrating cutting-edge smart home technology as a standard offering for all residents, alongside a robust centralized management system for the building operators.

The Challenge

The project required a scalable solution that afforded individual residents full control over their private spaces while allowing the property management team to monitor and control common areas efficiently. Security and access control across multiple entry points also had to be flawlessly integrated.

Our Solution

We implemented a scalable Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) automation strategy:

• In-Unit Automation: Each apartment was outfitted with smart lighting, automated climate zones, and a video intercom system, all controllable via a dedicated resident app.
• Common Area Management: Automated scheduling for lobby and exterior lighting, reducing energy waste.
• Unified Access Control: Keyless entry for residents using smartphone BLE technology, seamlessly integrated with guest management and visitor logging.

The Results

The developer saw an immediate increase in property valuation and faster-than-average unit sales. Residents enjoy personalized experiences in their apartments, while the centralized facility management interface has drastically reduced operational overhead for the building staff.
